Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Mechanical Helper to assist technicians and machine operators in day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, physically fit, and capable of working in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist mechanics and machine operators during production and maintenance activities.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials, finished goods, and equipment.
- Help with machine setup and basic machine operations under supervision.
- Clean and maintain machines, tools, and the work area.
- Support assembly and fitting of mechanical components.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments as instructed.
- Follow all safety rules and company policies.
- Inform the supervisor about machine issues or safety concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the shop floor.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of mechanical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts, if required.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.86 - ₹12,000.79 per month
