Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social, display).
- Drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize campaigns; track KPIs, ROI, and budget efficiency.
- Oversee content creation/distribution, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to boost traffic and rankings.
- Grow social media presence and engagement.
- Execute lead‑nurturing email campaigns and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing with pipeline goals.
Key Requirements
- 10–13 years’ experience, including 8+ years in IT and team management (10+ members).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Hands‑on expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Excellent written/verbal communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Up‑to‑date with latest digital marketing trends and tools.
