- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and drive store revenue.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising as per company standards.
- Handle cash, billing, and daily store reports.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies.
