Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications, and maintain quality, safety, and timelines at the project site. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of civil construction and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify measurements, prepare work progress reports, and maintain site records.
- Monitor material usage, quality, and inventory at the site.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions to avoid project delays.
- Review and certify contractor bills based on work completed.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and resource utilization.
- Maintain documentation related to site activities, inspections, and project updates.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
- Understanding of BOQ, estimation, billing, and project execution.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential apartment, township, or commercial building projects.

- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
