About the Role
Fazlani Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to create attractive and effective packaging designs for our FMCG food products, along with other marketing and promotional creatives.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of FMCG branding and packaging and should be able to convert product requirements into visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create packaging designs for food products including labels, pouches, boxes, bottles and other packaging formats.
- Develop creative concepts while maintaining the company's brand identity.
- Design product labels with proper placement of ingredients, nutrition information, product details, claims, MRP, manufacturing information and other mandatory information.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Product Development and Production teams for packaging requirements.
- Prepare artwork files for printing and ensure correct dimensions, colours, fonts and specifications.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors whenever required and make necessary artwork corrections.
- Create promotional creatives for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, brochures, catalogues and other marketing materials.
- Modify and adapt existing designs according to different product sizes and packaging formats.
- Maintain consistency across all product packaging and brand communication.
- Stay updated with current FMCG packaging trends, food branding and design styles.
- Manage multiple design projects and complete them within given timelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Consumer Products or Packaging Design will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
- Good understanding of packaging design and print-ready artwork.
- Knowledge of typography, colour combinations, layouts and branding.
- Good attention to detail, especially while working with product information and packaging artwork.
- Ability to understand briefs and work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates who have previously worked on food packaging, FMCG brands, labels, pouches, bottles or product boxes will be given preference.
