Key Responsibilities:
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media campaigns.
- Write captions, content briefs, and basic scripts for promotional content.
- Appear in front of the camera for company videos, social media reels, brand promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Present products, services, and company initiatives in an engaging and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to plan and execute content strategies.
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking and presenting on camera.
- Creative thinking and content ideation abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design and creative work.
- Experience in content creation, branding, or social media marketing is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other social media platforms.
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Strong personal presentation and communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
