Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrician cum Plumber, based in Kanayannur. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and plumbing systems within the property. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting system issues, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all electrical and plumbing systems comply with safety standards. The individual will also respond to maintenance requests promptly and implement improvements as necessary to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electricity, Electrical Work, and Electrical Engineering tasks
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and system diagnostics
- Experience in Troubleshooting for both electrical and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in maintaining infrastructure
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with effective time management
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector is a plus
- Relevant vocational training or certifications in electrical and plumbing work are highly advantageous
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
