Requirements: (4+ years of experience)
· Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
· Develop and present design recommendations, proposals, and alternatives to stakeholders.
· Convert business objectives into innovative design concepts, strategies, and prototypes.
· Provide training on design processes, best practices, and constructive feedback to junior designers and direct reports.
· Mentor and manage the design team to ensure overall growth and efficiency.
· Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills in English.
· Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficient in people and project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects.
· A degree or certification in Design, or equivalent professional experience, is a plus.
