As an Accessories Manager at Rukmani Motors , you will be the key driver for one of the most profitable verticals of the dealership. Your role is to transform a standard car delivery into a personalized experience for the customer while maximizing "Accessories per Car" (APC) revenue.

Job Summary
The Accessories Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories (MGA) department. This includes inventory planning, team leadership, visual merchandising, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will work closely with the New Car Sales team to ensure every vehicle sold is equipped with high-quality, genuine accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories (MGA).
- Monitor and improve the Accessories Per Car (APC) ratio across all sales teams.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Coordinate with Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) for timely ordering and procurement of stock.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid "Dead Stock" while ensuring zero "Stock-Out" situations.
- Conduct monthly physical stock audits and minimize variance.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Manage and motivate a team of Accessory Sales Executives (ASE) and Fitters.
- Conduct regular product training sessions for the New Car Sales team (DSEs) to improve their upselling skills.
Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure the Accessory Display Zone in the showroom is clean, updated, and attractive.
- Maintain "Show Books" and digital photo galleries of accessorized vehicles to help customers visualize the final product.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure 100% adherence to Maruti Suzuki’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee the fitment process to ensure high-quality installation and prevent any damage to new vehicles.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- APC (Accessories per Car): Average value of accessories sold per new vehicle.
- MGA Penetration: Percentage of new car customers buying genuine accessories.
- Inventory Turnover: Efficiency in managing and rotating stock.
- CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index): Post-delivery feedback regarding accessory quality and fitment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
