We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead Generation, client engagement, site visits coordination, and supporting the sales team to convert prospects into customers. This role acts as a critical link between marketing, sales, and client service.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Understand and closely analyze the customer's requirements.
2. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager.
3. Follow-up with customers, regular follow-up & achieving high conversions.
4. Coordinating with sales team for site visits and updating & maintaining reports in excel.
5. Responsible for the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits.
6. Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls.
7. Leads Generated through various marketing activities and providing them with necessary project details over email or WhatsApp.
8. Pitching unique features of the project/product to potential customers.
9. Resolve all project-related inquiries and ensure cent percent customer satisfaction.
10. Expanding outreach to customers by successfully executing cross-selling initiatives.
REQUIRED PROFILE :
Education : Any graduate
Experience : 0 to 8 years ( Experience in Voice Process )
Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru
Working days : 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off (Saturday and Sunday mandatory working)
Skills : Good Communication (English is mandatory with any south languages)
