The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing fabrication and production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication, welding, assembly, and production activities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing jobs.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Stores, and Procurement teams.
- Monitor fabrication quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain production reports, daily MIS, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) standards and shop-floor discipline.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
