- Fabrication Fitter – Responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing metal parts and structures as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Arc Welders – ARC/MIG/TIG – Perform welding operations using ARC, MIG, or TIG methods to join and repair metal components with quality and safety standards.
- Helpers – Assist skilled workers in daily tasks, material handling, equipment setup, and maintaining workplace cleanliness.
- Painter – Prepare surfaces and apply paint/coating on metal or fabricated structures for protection and finishing.
- Turners – Operate lathe and turning machines to shape metal parts accurately according to required dimensions.
- Production Supervisor – Supervise production activities, manage workforce, ensure quality output, and maintain safety and productivity targets.
