Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to own and scale digital products that directly impact business growth. This role goes beyond feature delivery—you will be responsible for defining product strategy, solving complex business problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Business, and Leadership teams to identify customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and launch products that improve user experience and business performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and adoption.
- Gather customer insights and translate business problems into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Create wireframes and collaborate with Design teams to define user experiences.
- Drive product roadmap, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and feature releases.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Define product success metrics and monitor business performance.
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and ensure successful product adoption.
- Conduct field research, customer interviews, and usability testing.
- Use data-driven insights to improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals.
- Travel to field locations for one week every month to understand customer and operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Ownership.
- Experience creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Hands-on experience with wireframing tools such as Figma.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into scalable product solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution skills.
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
