Role Objective: The Product Manager will own end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned brands, driving brand strategy, marketing execution, and performance monitoring. The role involves translating corporate and market objectives into actionable plans, supporting field teams, and ensuring successful product positioning, adoption, and growth. Principal Tasks & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Product Strategy Develop and implement brand strategies in line with corporate objectives and therapeutic focus. Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition for target audiences. Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning to achieve sales and marketing objectives. 2. Marketing Program Execution Plan and execute promotional campaigns, creative initiatives, and visual aids for field force engagement. Ensure effective implementation of marketing programs including symposia, CME events, and KOL engagement initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. 3. Sales & Field Enablement Provide training to sales teams on product USPs, brand strategy, and promotional campaigns. Prepare presentations and marketing materials to support field activities. Monitor field implementation to ensure adherence to brand plans and objectives. 4. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy. Track brand performance metrics and analyze sales, prescription, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive ROI. 5. Financial & Performance Monitoring Prepare and monitor Profit & Loss statements to track and control budgeted costs. Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets and resources. Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions to meet targets. 6. Customer & KOL Management Support key customer development and CRM initiatives. Facilitate engagement with KOLs to strengthen brand credibility and market penetration.
