Role Overview
We are looking for a technically proficient and responsible IT & Systems Administrator to manage the organization's day-to-day IT systems, email infrastructure, application administration, user accounts, backend configurations, and website management.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of company email accounts, applications, user access, backend configurations, and website-related administrative activities. The role requires good troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate with employees and external technical service providers whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer company email accounts, including creation, modification, deactivation, password/credential management, and configuration of official email IDs across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Configure and troubleshoot Outlook and email services, including sending/receiving issues, authentication, security, signatures, forwarding, aliases, distribution lists, and other email-related settings.
Coordinate with IT/email service providers for technical issues, account-related problems, configuration requirements, and resolution of email service issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot application-related issues, perform necessary configuration changes, and coordinate with developers or software vendors for technical support and system enhancements.
Maintain application records and configurations, and assist with testing, implementation, and updates of new features or system changes.
Manage the company website through the backend/admin panel, including updating website content, pages, images, documents, and other information as required.
Create, manage, modify, and deactivate employee user accounts and access credentials for company applications, systems, email, and other authorized platforms.
Handle IT access during employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, credential handover, access modification, and deactivation while maintaining proper records and confidentiality.
Programming & Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is preferred. The candidate should be able to understand basic backend concepts, databases, APIs, and application configurations. Advanced programming/coding skills are not mandatory but will be an added advantage.
