We are looking for Relationship Managers to build and preserve trusting relationships with our members.
Acting as the main point of contact for the regions, and provide assistance to meet members’ needs
Developing the membership strategy
Identifying and setting up meetings with potential new members, unions and groups
Preparing promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract new members
Preparing and making presentations
Taking part in events to promote the work of Sayas Cooperative
Working closely internally to identify needs and services that can be shared to the benefit of members
Collecting and sending membership forms & cheques
Helping members to register themselves online and apply for services
Minimum 10 years of experience in Social Work
Experience in or with member driven organisations is preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multicultural environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to work well with others and lead a team
Ready to travel anywhere in Maharashtra
Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
