Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns and statutory compliance. Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Coordinate internal and external audits. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Reconcile bank accounts and monitor company assets. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Prepare management reports and present financial insights to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA is preferred. 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
