Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in application architecture design. - Knowledge of database management systems. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
