Role description
We are seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to support enterprise identity governance initiatives. This role focuses on automating Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and configuring access certification campaigns to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable identity lifecycle management across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
SailPoint IIQ Development & Configuration
- Develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, forms, and lifecycle events.
- Customize IIQ using Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST APIs.
- Enhance and maintain Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows.
JML Process Automation
- Implement end-to-end onboarding, movement, and termination automation.
- Configure identity correlation, birthright access, and de-provisioning logic.
- Integrate SailPoint with HR systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Access Certification & Compliance
- Configure and manage access certification campaigns (manager, application owner, role-based).
- Design certifications, escalation logic, and remediation workflows.
- Support SOX, SOC, HIPAA, and ISO audit activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
- Strong JML workflow and certification campaign configuration experience.
- Java, BeanShell, XML, REST API proficiency.
- Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID integration experience.
- Strong understanding of IAM and IGA concepts.
