Job summary
Accurately input, update and maintain electronic records and databases. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and timely processing of documents to support business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update data from paper and electronic sources into databases and CRM/ERP systems.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data; identify and correct errors.
- Perform routine data cleaning and reconciliation.
- Classify, index and file documents (digital and/or physical) according to company standards.
- Retrieve and provide data/reports on request.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data security procedures.
- Scan, digitize and OCR documents when required.
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
Required qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum 6 month to 1 year proven experience in data entry.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with databases, Vlook up .
- Fast and accurate typing skills (specify WPM if needed, e.g., 50+ WPM).
