Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing insurance sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and be motivated to achieve sales targets through customer interactions over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and explain insurance products and benefits
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the system
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance guidelines
Requirements
- Age: 20–30 years
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in telesales, B2C sales, or insurance sales is preferred
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic computer knowledge
