Job Duties :
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of IMS services.
- Own the incident bridge and drive the bridge until incident restoration.
- Handling Tickets and restoring the tickets within the SLA and Follow-up Tickets with cross-domain Teams until closure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IMS incidents to identify the root cause and ensure swift and effective resolution.
- Leverage Kubernetes for networking and container orchestration, ensuring smooth integration and automation with network infrastructure.
- Possess a solid understanding of TLS and UDP protocols and their application in a networking environment.
- Demonstrate an understanding of cloud basics, including cloud networking and the ability to automate network-related tasks in a cloud environment.
- Perform regular technical analysis to ensure the optimization, readiness, and quality of IMS domain.
- Collaborate with internal teams, and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct testing and verification of any new configurations to ensure they meet service requirements.
- Generate reports, analyse service and operational KPIs, and contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures.
- Exhibit strong logging and troubleshooting skills, promptly identifying, and resolving network issues using automation tools and scripting techniques.
- Implementation of changes.
- Handle communications with different domain or engineering and operation team.
- Take ownership of network-related problems, ensuring timely resolution and providing detailed incident reports.
- Be part of a 24/7 shift rotation pool.
- Working from office.
Roles/Responsibilities and Expertise :
- Good monitoring and Ticket handling experience .
- IMS Nodes experience will be pre Preferred .
