Job Description:
The Assistant Lecturer in Nursing is responsible for supporting the academic, clinical, and administrative functions of the Nursing Department. The role involves assisting in teaching nursing subjects, supervising students during clinical postings, preparing academic materials, maintaining records, and contributing to the overall development of the institution.
Qualification:
- M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university/institution
- Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RN & RM) with the respective State Nursing Council
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing practice skills.
- Ability to teach, mentor, and supervise nursing students.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities.
- Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
