Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Bakery & Pastry CDP to manage daily bakery operations and ensure high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present bakery and pastry items as per resort standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage daily operations of the bakery section.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and proper storage practices.
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
- 4–6 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry operations.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
