Job Description
PRMS Advisory Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Management Trainees – Operations to support our daily business operations and office management activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their career in business operations, process management, MIS reporting, documentation, and corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operational activities and business processes.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and track work progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle professional email communication, follow-ups, and administrative activities.
- Support compliance-related documentation and operational reporting.
- Assist in office management and day-to-day administrative operations.
- Understand company processes and suggest improvements.
- Ensure accurate data management and proper record maintenance.
- Work on MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Good computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Email Communication.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and record management skills.
- Basic understanding of business operations and processes.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com (Regular) is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates only.
- Candidates with post-graduation are eligible if they have completed Regular B.Com at graduation level.
- Candidates must be from Ghaziabad.
- Candidates from Delhi University (DU) with a regular degree will be preferred.
