Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Event & Entertainment Executive to manage and coordinate events, entertainment programs, and guest experiences at Zivanta, Faridabad.
The role will be responsible for planning and executing entertainment activities, coordinating with artists and external vendors, supporting banquet events, and ensuring that all entertainment requirements are delivered smoothly and professionally. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and event execution skills, along with an understanding of the hospitality and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute entertainment and event-related activities at the banquet.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements, themes, entertainment preferences, and special requests.
- Coordinate with artists, performers, DJs, anchors, choreographers, production teams, and entertainment vendors.
- Source and coordinate suitable artists and entertainment options as per event requirements and budgets.
- Negotiate artist/vendor fees and commercial terms in coordination with management.
- Prepare and maintain artist/vendor requirements, quotations, confirmations, and booking details.
- Ensure timely coordination regarding artist arrival, sound check, rehearsals, performance timings, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the Operations, F&B, Banquet, Production, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in planning entertainment schedules and programming for weddings, corporate events, social functions, and special occasions.
- Ensure that entertainment setups and performances are conducted as per the approved event plan.
- Handle last-minute changes, artist requirements, and on-ground event issues professionally.
- Monitor the quality and professionalism of artists, performers, and entertainment vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with artists, agencies, vendors, and event professionals.
- Assist the sales and banquet teams with entertainment suggestions and packages for clients.
- Maintain an updated database of artists, performers, vendors, and entertainment service providers.
- Track event requirements, bookings, confirmations, payments, and pending deliverables.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal departments before and during events.
- Ensure adherence to Zivanta's operational standards, guest service standards, and management guidelines.
- Support management in developing new entertainment concepts and experiences to enhance the venue's offerings.
- Prepare post-event feedback and reports wherever required.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in event management, entertainment, hospitality, banquet operations, artist management, or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong experience in artist/vendor coordination and banquet event execution will be preferred.
Work Requirements
- The role requires flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours as per business requirements.
- The candidate should be comfortable with regular on-ground event coordination and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel locally for vendor/artist coordination, meetings, or business requirements when required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
