Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive brand growth across online channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in performance marketing, social media, e-commerce marketing, and campaign optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Improve campaign performance by optimizing ROAS, ROI, leads, and conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
Social Media & E-commerce
- Execute social media campaigns and manage influencer collaborations.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging marketing content.
- Drive online sales, improve website traffic, and support marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
Analytics & Collaboration
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
- Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Creative, Sales, Retail, and E-commerce teams to execute marketing initiatives.
QualificationsExperience
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail, or E-commerce is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
