Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients.
- Follow up on leads received through digital campaigns, camps, referrals, and enquiries.
- Schedule OPD appointments and diagnostic bookings.
- Explain hospital services, health packages, and ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors' OPDs and front office for appointment management.
- Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
- Build positive relationships with patients through professional communication.
- Escalate patient concerns or urgent enquiries to the concerned department.
- Generate referrals and repeat visits through regular follow-ups.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, call centre, healthcare, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Basic English communication.
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, diagnostics, clinics, insurance, or customer service will be preferred.
