Key Responsibilities and other details remain the same as the last JD However APF candidate will be additionally responsible to
- Drive sales and business development for Approved Project Funding (APF) products in the assigned area.
- Manage sourcing of APF cases through builders, channel partners, and the sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Handle ticket sizes typically ranging between 75 Lakhs to 3 Crores.
- Maintain strong builder relationships to expand the APF base in the market.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (disbursements & sourcing).
- Handle Number of APF builder tie-ups and quality of relationships.
