Job Summary
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing process of gifting products. The role ensures that production runs efficiently, products meet quality standards, and orders are delivered on time while managing production staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning
- Plan and manage the daily production schedule.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for order planning.
Operations Management
- Supervise production staff and assign tasks.
- Monitor workflow and production processes.
- Ensure efficient use of materials, machines, and manpower.
Quality Control
- Ensure all gifting products meet company quality standards.
- Monitor product finishing, packaging, and presentation quality.
- Address production defects and implement corrective actions.
Inventory & Materials Management
- Coordinate with the procurement team for raw materials.
- Monitor stock levels of materials required for production.
- Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.
Team Management
- Manage and guide production team members.
- Provide training to improve productivity and skills.
- Maintain discipline and safety in the production area.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency.
- Implement cost-control measures.
- Improve workflow and production methods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Experience in gifting, packaging, printing, or handicraft industry preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
