Job Summary:
Credifin Limited is looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate should be an MBA graduate with hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates
- Support payroll coordination and compliance activities
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes
- Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources or related field
- Relevant experience in HR Operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
