Experience: 5–8 Years | Commercial & F&B Interiors
We are looking for a technically proficient and detail-driven Architect with 5–8 years of experience in commercial and F&B interior design. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in translating creative design into coordinated, buildable documentation, with hands-on expertise in Revit and AutoCAD. You will play a critical role in producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings and BIM-integrated tender packages that ensure flawless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technical drawings, construction documents, and tender packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, RCPs, and detailed joinery drawings tailored to commercial and F&B interiors.
- Work within BIM-based workflows to produce well-coordinated multi-disciplinary models and outputs.
- Accurately translate conceptual and spatial designs into precise, buildable technical documentation.
- Coordinate closely with the design team, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Integrate MEP and structural inputs seamlessly into architectural drawings.
- Maintain consistency in drawing standards, ensure quality control, and deliver within project timelines.
- Support visual communication through basic SketchUp or equivalent 3D tools (preferred).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in commercial and/or F&B interior projects.
- High proficiency in Revit (including family creation, BIM coordination) and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and interior fit-out processes.
- Familiarity with SketchUp or equivalent software for design presentations (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively.
- Sharp attention to detail, an organized approach to work, and a commitment to delivering quality.
