Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for loan and insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, managing branch and sales teams, developing business strategies, and building strong customer and channel partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive regional sales for loan and insurance products.
- Recruit, train, and motivate Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers, DSAs, agents, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Ensure proper customer service and timely loan/insurance processing.
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of loan products, insurance products, and sales operations.
- Ability to handle targets and pressure effectively.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loans, insurance, BFSI, or financial sales.
- Experience in team handling and regional sales management preferred.
- Must possess strong business development skills.
