We are looking for an experienced SolidWorks CAD Designer who can convert vehicle photographs, drawings and dimensions into accurate, manufacturing-ready 3D models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design detailed 1:64 scale vehicle models in SolidWorks.
- Model die-cast body, chassis, interior, wheels, tyres, windows, grille, lights, mirrors and exhaust.
- Design opening/moving parts where required.
- Apply DFM principles for Zamak die casting and plastic injection molding.
- Maintain suitable wall thickness, draft angles, clearances and parting lines.
- Prepare assemblies, BOM, drawings and STEP files.
- Coordinate with tool makers and manufacturers during prototype/tool development.
Required Skills
- Strong SolidWorks experience
- Surface modelling
- Product/automotive design
- Assembly and tolerance knowledge
- Understanding of die casting and injection molding
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
