About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, target-driven Business Head to lead our private Modular Kitchens and Wardrobes Consultation Studio in Navalur.
This role is a pure engine of Lead Sourcing and Sales Conversion for our core products. If you are a target-driven MBA (with a B.Tech or BBA degree) who excels at aggressive B2B2C field networking, managing customer pipelines, and closing modular kitchen and wardrobe orders, this position is built for you.
Your mandate is highly focused: dominate the OMR high-rise corridor to pull qualified customer leads into our studio, and lead our design team to convert those consultations into signed modular kitchen and wardrobe orders. We sell a complete kitchen solution, meaning every kitchen order includes the modular cabinetry, countertop, hob, chimney, sink, and tap as a unified package.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Aggressive Lead Sourcing & Ecosystem Networking:
- Map out, target, and penetrate newly handed-over high-rise apartment complexes and villa communities across Navalur, Siruseri,Kelambakkam and Perumbakkam.
- Establish direct lead pipelines and strategic tie-ups with real estate developers, property handover teams, apartment buyer associations, and partner architects.
- Proactively secure qualified site-measurement leads and convert them into confirmed design consultation bookings at our Navalur studio.
2. Consultative Studio Conversion & Order Closure:
- Own the absolute monthly and quarterly Gross Order Value (GOV) targets for the modular kitchen and wardrobe verticals.
- Guide customers seamlessly through the studio presentation phase—from initial material display to final contract closure.
- Step in directly to pitch our full-solution kitchen packages (cabinetry, countertop, hob, chimney, sink, and tap), resolve commercial objections, and lock down signed agreements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred) backed by a B.Tech or BBA degree.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven performance in lead generation, corporate business development, or modular furniture sales conversion. Direct background in Modular Kitchens and Wardrobes is mandatory.
- Pipeline Mastery: Strong understanding of the residential pre-possession and handover lifecycle in Chennai's real estate market.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with modular cabinetry specifications and built-in kitchen appliance configurations (hobs, chimneys, and sinks).
- Language: Fluency in English and Tamil is required to effectively coordinate with corporate property partners and pitch to end-consumers.
