We are seeking a creative and versatile individual to join our team as a Multimedia Communication Specialist. This role combines the skills of content creation, visual design, data analysis, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be proficient in crafting compelling PowerPoint presentations, designing visually appealing materials, working with Excel for data visualization, and drafting professional reply emails for various queries.
Key responsibilities
- Presentation Creation and Design:
Develop engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and translate complex ideas into clear and concise slides.
Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across presentations. - Visual Content Design:
Create visually captivating design elements, graphics, and images to enhance presentations and other materials.
Design infographics and visual aids to simplify complex concepts and data. - Data Analysis and Visualization:
Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and visualize data, creating insightful charts, graphs, and tables for presentations.
Present data in a visually appealing manner that aids in conveying key insights. - Email Communication:
Draft professional and effective email responses to a variety of queries from clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide timely and accurate information while maintaining a courteous and customer-focused tone. - Content Coordination:
Coordinate content creation efforts with different teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is incorporated into presentations and communications. - Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and design elements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.
