Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market analysis focusing on shirts and dhotis.
2. Strong communication skills are essential.
3. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, and proactive.
4. Willingness to travel to multiple locations and shops.
5. Take ownership and responsibility in all tasks and duties.
6. Able to demonstrate and effectively sell products.
7. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products.
8. Oversee showroom operations, including product displays and customer engagement.
9. Process and track orders and customer inquiries in the showroom.
10. Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
12. Monitor competitor activities and report on market trends.
13. Participate in promotional events and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
14. Communicate effectively with clients in both Tamil and English.
15. Travel to various shops and showrooms for client visits and product presentations.
