Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development to support the company’s growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales strategies. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive, fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present company products and services to customers effectively.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute growth strategies.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable business solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular business development and sales performance reports.
- Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (freshers may apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
