Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately, serve food/beverages, check on satisfaction, and handle complaints professionally.
- Operations: Set tables, clean dining areas/equipment, process payments (POS systems), and restock supplies.
- Coordination: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff about orders, allergies, and product availability.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food storage and labeling.
- Inventory: Assist with counting, organizing, and restocking F&B items.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of menu items and service standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent (often preferred).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for long periods.
