DISTRIBUTOR APPOINTMENT & MANAGEMENT
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint 1–2 distributors per city in line with KAIVELU's criteria and geographic
requirements.
- Manage and review the distributor's performance on a weekly basis against agreed targets — coverage,
outlet addition, and offtake.
- Ensure the distributor maintains adequate stock levels at all times to prevent any out-of-stock situations.
- Enforce the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principle at the distributor's warehouse and ensure products are
never sold beyond the shelf-life date.
- Monitor and ensure payment discipline — distributors to pay KAIVELU in advance unless otherwise
approved, and to extend up to 2 weeks credit to retailers as specified.
- Guide distributors on executing proper delivery schedules with all retail channel partners.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
