Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our Marine Safety Equipment business. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, leadership skills, and experience in marine safety equipment reselling or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in marine safety equipments
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Preferred experience in Marine Safety Equipment, Marine Supplies, Ship Chandling, or Safety Equipment Reselling.
Preferred Candidate:
- Existing network in shipping, marine, offshore, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and target-oriented professional.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
