Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Scales Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, customer visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, order follow-ups, and developing new business opportunities for weighing scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and commercial establishments to generate business.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable weighing scale products.
- Generate new leads and develop new customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close orders.
- Coordinate with the internal team for delivery, installation, and service.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and customer records.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 0–3 years in field sales, weighing scales, or a related industry.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer applications.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
