We are looking for a Yelp Specialist to manage and optimize Yelp listings for travel-related businesses. The role involves maintaining accurate business information, handling customer reviews, and improving online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage Yelp business listings.
- Maintain accurate business details, photos, and services.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Yelp guidelines.
- Resolve listing-related issues and coordinate with internal teams.
- Track performance and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and internet research skills.
- Experience with Yelp, local listings, or the travel industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with good learning ability are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
