Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee relations, maintain employee records, and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist in employee training, onboarding, and development programs.
- Manage HR documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Support employee benefits administration and address employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Assist in HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
