Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The Shift Manager will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, maintain food quality standards, and support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Manage staff schedules, shift assignments, and team coordination
- Ensure proper cash handling and POS operations
- Support inventory control and stock management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma / Degree (Hospitality or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in QSR or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.22 per month
