Job description:
1. Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and plan reviews.
2. Communication: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Corporate Connections. To manage the operations & communication within regional chapters and communication with the respective directors.
3. Events and Meeting Preparation: Organize meetings, gather relevant documents, coordinate with hotels and handle logistics.
4. Travel Management: Make travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
for the executive. Coordinate with travel agents and concierge services.
5. Phone and Email Handling: Answer and respond to phone calls, conveying
messages promptly.Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
6. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain various records and documents for the company executive. To be accountable for compliance with regards to the membership and collections. Also ensure data management.
7. Administrative Tasks: Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying,
filing, and email management.
8. Meeting Participation: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare initial
drafts of meeting minutes and summaries. Ensuring excellent membership experience.
9. Systems Building: Implementation and monitoring of systems and processes to ensure consistency. Identification of the critical matter and implement smooth process to resolve the issue. Make a strategy to grow and sustain the chapter/members.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
