We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to support our sales team by communicating with potential clients, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for Sales Managers.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Prepare daily call reports and follow-up status reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
