We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth execution of projects at site. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
· Execution & Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of work.
· Quality Control: Ensure construction quality standards are maintained at all stages of execution. Conduct regular site inspections and rectify issues promptly.
· Material Management: Monitor material requirements, usage, and inventory at the site. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
· Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at the construction site.
· Technical Support: Assist in interpreting drawings, resolving technical issues, and implementing engineering solutions on-site.
· Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.
· Measurement & Billing: Assist in quantity estimation, measurement verification, contractor billing, and preparation of site documentation.
· Problem Solving: Identify site-related challenges and coordinate with senior engineers for timely resolution.
· Documentation: Maintain proper records of site activities, inspections, reports, and project updates.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
