Hiring: Manager – Accounts Receivable
Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹7 – ₹10 LPA
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Relevant Industry Experience
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts Receivable to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting and managing Accounts Receivable transactions.
- Sharing sales invoices directly with clients.
- Regular follow-up with clients for outstanding receivables.
- Managing receivables as per PO terms and conditions.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts with the accounting system.
- Handling client communications, including:
- Sharing ledger statements
- Payment receipt circulation
- Updating customer payment receipts in books/accounts
- Ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Strong working knowledge of Tally (Mandatory)
✔ Advanced Excel skills (Mandatory)
✔ Excellent communication and English language skills
✔ Graduate / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
✔ 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
