*Role & Responsibilities:*
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinic and hospital staff - Doctors, Nurses, Front Office, Lab, Pharmacy
- Source candidates from Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews and coordinate with Doctors/Management
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate database
- Roll out offer letters, handle onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment tracker and monthly MIS reports
- Build talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, B.Com or any degree
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Healthcare/Hospital/Clinic
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation
- Target-driven with good follow-up and coordination skills
